Soccer drill procedure

The animation shows you a very effective drill for practising goal shot training. After every shot at the goal, the players change sides. This means that the shooting leg is changed after each repetition of the drill.

Description

After shooting at the goal, the players change sides. Five markers are laid out on the ground on each side of the goal. It's possible that the players dribble in slalom through the first two sets of cone markers. The third, represented by two red cone markers in the video, is left out, setting the ball up for a shot through the fourth set of markers.
