Exercise procedure

As well as what can be seen in the animation, another goal can also be set up. The goalkeeper, coming directly out of a movement, to save the ball.

Description

The goalkeeper repeatedly sidesteps between the cone markers. After touching or running around the markers three times, the coach makes the goal shot. The goalkeeper saves the ball. Attention: this is a very intensive exercise for the goalkeeper. Be sure to plan in plenty of breaks.

- The goalkeeper only touches or runs around the cone markers once

Minimum group size: One goalkeeper + one supporting player

Maximum group size: One goalkeeper + one supporting player

Materials required: An adequate supply of balls, two cone markers, possibly one goal.

Field size: The cone markers are placed about 3.5m apart.
