Soccer drill procedure

The name of the drill says everything: It is all about scores you can get with heading. The players compete against each other and the one with the highest score wins the game. A welcome change in the daily routine and very good as active break, in which groups needs to be occupied, while the other players complete another drill.

Description

Who gets the highest score? The ball is thrown by teammates and every player tries to head a goal. For every goal the player gets one score. The ball can be thrown also from the side. For a ball directly headed back the player gets an extra score, even without goal. In the beginning, the opponent does not try to catch the ball, later he takes over the goal keeper role.
