Soccer drill procedure

A classic drill that challenges your players and motivates them, once trained. A real team experience!

Description

Every player of the groups of four receives his own start rectangle. The balls are in juxtaposed start fields on one side. From there, both players pass respectively into the rectangles on the other drill side. Following the pass, the passers exchange the rectangles. The passes are expected in the cone fields on the other side of the field and back passes are made as soon as the passes are received. These players also exchange the rectangles. The drill continues like this, becomes more and more faster and the sequence always safer.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- Contest - which group of four makes the highest number of correct passes in a given time?
